Seiring dengan perubahan kebijakan pemerintah dalam penanganan kasus Covid-19 di seluruh Indonesia, demi keamanan, kesehatan, dan keselamatan kita bersama, selama periode PPKM, Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts memberlakukan kebijakan sebagai berikut :

• Tamu yang akan menginap diwajibkan melakukan scan aplikasi PeduliLindungi, hanya tamu yang berkategori hijau dalam aplikasi yang diperbolehkan masuk.
• Anak-anak berusia dibawah 12 tahun diperbolehkan masuk didampingi orangtua yang telah divaksinasi lengkap.
• Tamu yang sudah divaksinasi lengkap (minimal 2 dosis) tidak perlu menyertakan hasil negatif tes Antigen atau Swab PCR, sedangkan tamu yang belum divaksinasi lengkap wajib menyertakan hasil negatif tes Swab PCR (jangka waktu maksimal 3x24 jam) ataupun Antigen (jangka waktu maksimal 1x24 jam) sebelum check-in.
• Tamu yang belum divaksinasi lengkap dan tidak membawa hasil tes belum dapat melakukan check-in dan pihak hotel akan memberikan referensi rumah sakit atau klinik terdekat untuk melakukan tes Swab PCR ataupun Antigen.
• Dalam periode penerapan PPKM, hotel diharuskan menutup atau membatasi penggunaan beberapa fasilitas publik untuk menjaga keamanan dan kesehatan para tamu maupun staff hotel.

Mohon hubungi unit hotel yang dituju sebelum waktu kedatangan untuk mengetahui informasi terbaru mengenai kebijakan yang sedang berlaku. Untuk informasi yang lebih lengkap mengenai kebijakan protokol kesehatan untuk perjalanan luar negeri yang sedang berlaku dapat dilihat di covid19.go.id.

Untuk menjaga keselamatan dan kesehatan Anda, kami memberlakukan protokol CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environment).

Sebelum Anda memasuki hotel kami, Anda akan melalui beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut :

• Anda diwajibkan menggunakan masker selama berada di area publik hotel kami
• Pengecekan suhu tubuh. Apabila suhu tubuh Anda berada di atas 37.3 celsius, maka Anda tidak diperkenankan untuk memasuki area hotel kami
• Petugas kami akan mengarahkan Anda untuk berjalan di atas karpet disinfectant untuk membunuh virus dan bakteri yang menempel di alas kaki Anda
• Anda diminta untuk menggunakan hand sanitizer sebelum menggunakan fasilitas publik seperti gagang pintu dan mesin EDC
• Satu set alat kesehatan (Masker dan Rubber Gloves) tersedia di Front Office untuk Anda gunakan

 

Selain itu, kami juga mempersiapkan karyawan kami untuk melakukan kegiatan berikut sebelum siap melayani Anda:

• Karyawan akan melalui pengecekan suhu tubuh. Apabila suhu tubuh berada di atas 37.3 celsius, maka karyawan kami tidak diperbolehkan untuk memasuki area hotel
• Penyemprotan alas kaki dengan cairan desinfektan
• Mandi sebelum dan sesudah menjalani shift mereka
• Menggunakan seragam yang baru dicuci
• Bagi karyawan yang berhadapan langsung dengan tamu akan selalu menggunakan masker dan Face Shield

 

Kami juga memastikan bahwa seluruh area hotel berada dalam keadaan yang steril karena kami akan membersihkan seluruh area menggunakan cairan desinfektan secara berkala. Kamar Anda juga akan kami bersihkan dan disterilkan menggunakan Hydro Vacuum sebelum Anda beristirahat. Untuk sarapan pagi bisa Anda nikmati di restaurant. Semua buffet sudah dilindungi oleh Sneeze Guard dan karyawan kami akan membantu Anda memilih sarapan yang diinginkan untuk menghindari kontak langsung. Kami menghimbau Anda untuk selalu memberlakukan “Social distancing” dengan memperhatikan garis pembatas yang telah kami terapkan.

 Dear valuable guests,

 

Due to the changes in government policies in handling Covid-19 cases in Indonesia, for our safety, health, and security, during the period of PPKM, these regulations are being implemented by Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts :

• All guests are required to scan the PeduliLindungi app upon check-in. Only guests listed as Green are allowed to enter the hotel.
• Children under 12 years old are allowed to enter accompanied by fully vaccinated parents.
• Guests who have been fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses) don’t need to present the negative result of Covid-19 test, while guest who have not been fully vaccinated must present the negative result of Covid-19 test of PCR test (maximum time range of 3x24 hours) or Antigen test (maximum time range of 1x24 hour) prior to check-in.
• Guests who are not able to present the proof of Covid-19 test will not be allowed to check-in, and our hotel staff shall inform the guests the nearest hospital or clinic to conduct Covid-19 test.
• During the enforcement of the public restriction on a micro-scale, the hotel may close or limit the use of some facilities to maintain the health and safety of guests and staff members.

To ensure your health and safety, we have taken certain measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Before entering the hotel, guests will be required to:

• Wear a mask in any public area of the hotel
• Undergo body temperature checks (if the body temperature is above 37.3 Celsius, the guest will not be allowed to enter)
• Walk over a carpet soaked in disinfectant as directed by the security officer, in order to kill any virus or bacteria that may be present on the footwear soles
• Use hand sanitiser before using public facilities such as door handles and EDC machines
• We will also provide one set of PPE (mask and rubber gloves) at Front Office for the guests needs

 

Another step to providing a safe environment, the following protocols will be implemented to our staff:

• Undergo body temperature checks (If staff showing a temperature above 37.3 Celsius will not be allowed to enter the hotel)
• The footwear soles will be sprayed with disinfectant
• Take a shower before starting and after completing a shift
• Wear only newly washed uniforms
• Wear a face shield and mask when directly serving guests face to face.

 

We also ensure that all areas of the hotel are regularly disinfected. The guest room will also be sterilized using Hydro-Vacuum before the guest arrives. You will be able to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Buffet areas will be protected by sneeze guards, and our employees will assist you to make your selection in order to prevent direct contact. We advise you to always practice social distancing in accordance with the guidelines we have provided.
